Dirty office and poor customer service.
Super disappointed in the cleanliness of the office. There was a specimen of someone else's urine in the exam table in the room I was taken in to, ew. Also the woman that was "assisting me" never acknowledged me. She spoke to the person she was training, like "...tell her to sign here." The girl she was training was polite enough but she was so new/overwhelmed and nervous, too busy learning her new job to really speak to me. No one actually directly talked to me, I just had to listen and do what the trainer told the girl. The trainer even told her "tell her to have a good day." Seriously? You can't say it to me? I've been a trainer in almost every position I've worked in, and it's a shame to see a trainer ignoring a patient to train a new person, especially if customer service is part of the job.
