  • I love Caribou Coffee, but I wish they would spiff up their interiors & keep them more neat & clean. This particular Caribou has a wonderful, friendly staff, but their seating area is crowded and dark. They have one (maybe two) tables outside, but those are taken over quickly in nice weather. The bonus is if you walk down and around the corner into the heart of this complex (look for brixx pizza) there are more tables that are not right on the parking lot.
