  • I'm a member of massage envy and am so freaking disappointed at my last two sessions. First my facial a month ago was so painful during extraction, I almost called it. I was extremely unsatisfied with the service as she was most likely a beginner. I received a massage today and am once again disappoint at the result. I almost stopped in the middle of the session but powered through it. At no point was this massage satisfying. My sister is a masseuse so I know what a deep tissue massage is however my masseuse, "J" was so crappy that I will not be going to massage envy again. Felt like she used her finger knuckle during the whole massage. I actually had tears going down my face. I was not relaxed at any point of the massage. I asked her to lower the pressure(she never asked) however the extreme pretty continued throughout my session. I'm 100% positive she just got her license because she does not know what the hell she is doing. On 2nd thought, I don't think she has a license because she was absolutely horrific. Front desk asked me how t was while she was there so I didn't want to embarrass her. I'm scared to go into massage envy for another session as it seems like an ongoing issue for them to hire inexperienced therapists. I look to give my passes away and cancel as soon as I can when my contract is up.
