| - This is The Place, and The Place you want to drop by for your morning or afternoon coffee run. It's near union station by Church and Front, right past the Rexall and beside a Timmies. They do baked goods, sweet pastries, and delicious coffee from a variety of bean roasts. What I really like about this place is how inexpensive it is to get trendy hipster coffee and the interior design with the flower pairings make it a really homie place to hang out with a friend or coworker. They have their signature rose latte which tastes like heaven (they actually drop little bits of real rose petals in there!), and it's probably one of my favourites.
My first time was a salted caramel latte which didn't really taste like salted caramel anything, just a regular latte, but getting over that, it was a really good latte. Just wish that my tastebuds actually tasted the sea salt and caramel.
I've seen some of their desserts (hazelnut pastry and macarons) at other locations so I'm assuming they don't make their sweet goods fresh and in store, but that's not a bad thing, especially because I've had them before and they're really nice. Pairing that with their delicious coffee, I think it's a good snack or two for braving through the week.
Overall a nice floral-coffee shop combo, I can see myself becoming a frequent visitor after work hours before heading home.
