This is an airline that is still in business? So, I'm on my into the Cleveland airport around 3:30PM, for my 6:00PM flight to Atlanta. To my surprise...there was already a 2.5 hour delay. I understand that weather is/was on the way, but every other airline has a delay at a max of 35 mins. What's the deal? We get to the gate and have been sitting here for 2 hours, and no one is at the desk with an explanation. Great customer service...I truly mean that. Get your heads out of you know where and at least have some give an explanation. Still no rain at 6:16PM. I hope you go out of business.
