Jay Yu lost a sports coat of mine. I have returned three times as he asked for time to search for it. On the third visit, he admitted it was lost and asked me to bring a receipt for a replacement. I went to Kohl's and bought the exact jacket he lost (it was only a few months old). He then said he couldn't find his checks and to return three days later. Upon arrival today, he said he didn't have the money and "his brother" would only allow him to reimburse me for half the cost. I am now pursuing the matter in small claims court. It is more about how little they care about making things right with a customer. Avoid this place at all costs.
