Update on Service: still happy with the service department here. Had the opportunity to meet and work with the Service Manager, Bryan B.. When I had purchased my vehicle, my salesman Dan Matkins, had included the 30K and 40K services to make it just like the Toyota Platinum Care Product. As Dan is no longer there, the service department could have given me a hard time, made me produce my paperwork or an email trail that backed up the agreement but they didn't - Bryan took care of me as promised by the dealership. I was in an out in about 1.5 hours. He walked me to my vehicle and even offered his business card. The only thing that slipped through the cracks was the bird, yes a bird I hit, stuck in my grill (no, not my teeth). When I came back in to mention it, Bryan snapped on a rubber glove and pulled that sucker right out of there - "My Hero!" - seriously, because I'm way to squeamish for that kind of thing. Keep up the good work guys and gals!
