  • **I have not been into the physical location. Upon reading the reviews from Yelp, I attempted to email and make a reservation so as not to wait for 45 minutes and nobody ever responded to my email. I sent a very long, detailed email with multiple questions in hopes to avoid some of the questions and apprehensions I had with the product, and it WAS a holiday weekend (Labor Day) to be fair, but I wrote early on Saturday and nobody got back to me all weekend. So I just purchased the mattress anyways since the guarantee is that you can return it within 100 days. I purchased a Full mattress online. AFTER I made my purchase, only then was I contacted by a staff member because I was contacted supposedly by the "owners" of the company asking for my feedback and experience. So I simply copied and pasted my questions that I had from my first email and said nobody ever responded to me. A few days later, I received a response from a Phoenix salesperson. The questions I had were not able to be answered from the website, and I read everything on the website. I loved that the product was made in the US, excellent price, free shipping, and probably what I loved best was the fact that the mattress was donated to a charity if I returned it. Questions I had were in regards to long term warranty and how the product had been tested for wear/longevity since it was a new product, how much cooler the mattress was supposed to sleep, and whether it was recommended to sleep on the mattress the first 3 weeks while it was breaking in since I was specifically not a "firm mattress" person. The salesperson did answer most of my questions to the best of his ability. This mattress is the most uncomfortable thing I have ever slept on so far. I'm going on my 4th week sleeping on it (they recommend you give it 3 weeks to break in) and I wake up pretty miserable every morning, if I make it all the way to morning. Today it was only to 2:30 AM. I am a side sleeper, and there is no comfortable position, no which way I can turn to make this work as of now. This makes me so very sad. I do NOT want to have to return this mattress, but I don't know how much longer I should keep trying either. They give you 100 days, so maybe I should give it another few weeks? I even tried getting a Tempurpedic 2" mattress topper as a supplement hoping that might soften it up a bit. At this point I'd rather sleep on the couch. The mattress is generally described as "medium-hard" but I would have to say this is a fully firm mattress. I had a pretty soft mattress prior to this, I paid $1,500 for it and got it in 2011. It was made of the La-Z-Boy material, I forget the brand. I was considering a Sleep Number bed, but really didn't want to spend thousands of dollars and they have pretty terrible reviews. Bottom line, I just wanted to let people who prefer softer mattresses know that so far, it has not become any softer or more comfortable after the 3 week period. They did recommend I jump on it so I may try that as a last resort. Stay tuned.
