This is a small, family-owned store that opened only late last year, and I can see how they've earned their positive reviews!
My mom and I came on a Sunday afternoon to browse for a new massage chair that could replace the noisy, 10 yr old one at home. If I hadn't learned of its existence on Yelp, I probably would've gone elsewhere because this store is a little hidden within this Chinatown strip plaza that's mostly a mix of restaurants, foodie shops, and beauty salons. And it's open 7 days a week! Janet was there at the time, and she was so welcoming, helpful, and patient with our questions. She said we could try any of the furniture items in the store, so of course, we headed towards the luxury massage chairs in the back of the room first. I could see immediately why these chairs were on the expensive side: state of the art technology that included body scanning and Swedish or Shiatsu type massaging options for the neck, back, butt, forearms, and feet, amazing! The cost was above our initial budget, but my mom decided it was worth the long-term investment because of her health issues. We returned a few days later to officially purchase the Panasonic MA73 massage chair, and Janet's sister, Lisa, was there to suggest that we try sitting in the chair again to make sure it's what we wanted. Lisa was as knowledgeable and courteous as her sister; she scheduled our FREE delivery and set up for the following day without problem. Even though there was already a user manual for the massage chair, Lisa even came over to our house at the time of delivery to show us how to operate it! How often do you find store owners who care that much about their customers' satisfaction??
There was no pressure at all to buy, but the discounted rates on the floor models made it really tempting as well as the 0% financing plan if you don't have enough funds yet to pay it in full. My mom also bought a technogel pillow (made in Italy) to help her neck while sleeping, and I splurged on a kneeling chair (from Norway) to improve my back posture when using my computer. Once you personally try any of their furniture items (wish I had room in the house for the gravity reclining rocker!), you'll understand why they stand by their chosen supply brands. The prices are expensive but not unreasonably high for the overall value. There are plenty of other stores in Vegas if you're looking for just cheap and generic furniture, but if you want a long-term investment for your health combined with premium quality and customer care, then I would seriously consider taking a long look at the products they have to offer and hopefully purchasing something before walking out their door! Years from now, your body will thank you again and again! :D
