I wish there was an option for zero stars or negative stars. THE worst customer service experience in buying any item in any store in my lifetime. For 2016, they still have a manual tracking system where a purchaser calls by phone to figure out where the furniture is. We bought a china cabinet 3 mi the ago with 3-4 week delivery. It's been 3 month and we have t received anything. Every time we call them they promise that it will be there the next day and they will call us back. Out of about 20 phone calls we made to this store, they called us back once to just say they haven't received anything. They have no clue where the furniture is. When I tried to get my money back, they said they would have to get it approved and call back. It's been a week with no call back.
