  • I would honestly give the West Springs Digital Post outlet zero stars if I could. In fairness, I had friendly, helpful and conscientious service from one employee. The prices were a bit high, but I was in a rush and the staffer really tried his best to help. Not so lucky with the second encounter. The employee had zero interest in helping with a minor request and his contempt for customers was crystal clear. The experience was truly remarkable in the worst possible way, and it goes without saying they won't be getting any business from me in the future.
