  • Worst wifi service but even worst customer service. Pay a tiny bit more for the competitor. "Cheaper" ends up being expensive in the long run with century link. If you are foolish enough to go with century link be prepared to sit on phn for 1 to 1 1/2hrs , transfers from dept. to dept. often getting discounted and starting all over on hold, transfers etc in order to get simply service and simple requests done. Truly unbelievable how they are still in business
