  • My husband and I have always gone to Home Depot to purchase plants...that will never happen again! Within minutes of arriving at Moon Valley Nursery we were greeted by Alex Gartshore. I knew what I was after but didn't know the names of the plants. Instead of walking around aimlessly he took us inside to look at our backyard on the computer, figured out dimensions then found what I wanted. Although what I wanted for the pool area was not the best choice, Alex did suggest something better which I will purchase on the next go around. He also looked into less expensive plants to fit our budget, which he successfully accomplished! Alex was patient, helpful, and professional! While my husband and I were making some other decisions along came Brandon, who happened to be Alex's supervisor. He too was also very helpful and professional! We did get sidetracked by casual chatter and forgot to choose our tree, but Brandon was there to suggest what he looks for in a tree! These two young men know their plants and trees! A big thank you for your knowledge, patience and professionalism!! We will definitely be back! I also have to add that all of my plants and my single tree were planted today. Jared Hansford was the Foreman. He called to see if they could come a little earlier than the designated window which was no problem at all. I was moving cars around when he and his crew showed up. He patiently waited while I moved the cars. Jared and his crew were very pleasant and professional. As he introduced himself his crew got busy digging the holes. He took before and after photos and photos of his men as they planted each one. During this time we carried on a very nice conversation. Within an hour the plants were in their new home and no sign of any workers had been left behind! Jared assured me that if anything at all were to happen to my plants to call and they would take care of it. We purchased the warranty because of their unconditional guarantee. Thank you Jared for a job well done! Fast, efficient, pleasant and professional team!!
