I have never had liquid nitrogen ice cream since I always thought it was a gimmick but I have to say I can really tell the difference. It's way creamier than any ice cream I've ever had. The only downside is that they make the ice cream to order so you can't sample any of the flavours. We had earl grey and chocolate, both of which were amazing.
My only complaint is that their logo doesn't satisfy my innermost nerd. N should really be N2 because they aren't using atomic nitrogen. And why would they list the atomic number and weight? Plus they rounded the weight because it's really more like 14.007 and not only 14 because isotopes. And why there are three balls?? If each ball represents one atom then there should be two. If a ball represents a subatomic particle there should be way more. And if it represents a molecule there should only be one ball. But if they represent ice cream scoops then that's fine because nice cream is delicious and you should definitely try it even if their logo is hipster science mumbo jumbo.
