  • When I made my appointment I went through all the insurance and the dates that would work for both the patient and the doctor. I arrived 1/2 hour early. When the receptionist called me to the desk she ask for my I.d and insurance card. I told her I gave my insurance documents over the phone and I gave her my id. She said she needs my ins card and I did not have it she then proceed to turn me the patent away and said I could not see the doctor. I have had ringing in my ears and dizziness and she turned me away? Will never go back. I wonder if the doctor knew what she did?
