  • I'm sure they are a fine company but their estimates and charges are very expensive. I called about an Manabloc in my house. It was leaking. The co sent a rep out free of charge, which is really great. He told me I have to replace the WHOLE piece. Gave me an estimate for $3800. I did some research and a whole new Manabloc is about $450-$500. I then called the company and they sent me just the piece that needs to be replaced for free and gave me instructions on how to do it myself. hmmmm. Seems they gave me a high estimate for work that didn't need to be done. They either need to be more educated about what they are servicing or they just give large estimates to make money, don't know which is true. i'm just glad I didn't say yes.
