  • Not impressed with this gym whatsoever. Equipment is in decent condition. Seems they're always roping areas off where you can't go. While they offer everyone a rate of $10, i pay $30 because when I first became a member, I wanted child care. Thought the classes would be a good pace for me. After a few months, I attended classes & hurt my shoulder. The teachers I had were nice but more focused on themselves than helping the class keep safe position. I no longer need childcare & do not want classes--only cardio & weight lifting. However, when I approached management to downgrade my contact (that obviously no other members signed), he said no. I find it poor customer service when you're causing payment for services you're not providing.
