| - So pay attention. Forget the other places, this place is great, if I didn't know better, I'd say they invented customer service.
I needed a battery jump on New Years Day, near the Las Vegas Airport. I started calling around and places were either (a) closed; (b) or they quoted in excess of $100 (Las Vegas Towing quoted $134) for a battery jump.
Olmstead's dispatcher asked where I was, make and model, etc., and immediately quoted a fee of $55 cash, or $58 with a credit card; said they'd have someone out in 30m. It was that straightforward.
Welp, they didn't come out in 30m, they came out in 15m. Ryan who I see has been mentioned in past posts, was great, meaning friendly and professional. He got the job done quickly, wrote up the invoice, $58.
I really can't recommend highly enough these guys. I highly suggest you take their name and number and put it in your wallet, purse, glove compartment or whatever, because they are fair, reasonable, professional, and spew customer service every which way.
I told Ryan I was goin' post a review on Yelp, that was unsolicited, and if I could give him and Olmstead 10 stars, I would.
Happy to share my very positive experience with the rest of Yelp, they deserve to be #1 on the list.
