  • My car overheated in downtown Vegas, and was towed here because I thought that since this place had great reviews and specialized in VW that this would be my best bet. However, after my car was fixed and I got it home, I got out and saw that there was an enormous gash in the side of my car. As if someone had taken an ax and completely cut through the side, and it was right next to my gas tank! It was several inches long. I immediately called them and asked what the hell happened. "Oh it came to us like that". NO. IT DID NOT. My husband and I walked around my car after it had been dropped off to make sure nothing had happened when it was towed, and I can guarantee that it was not there. I even had a form noting a small amount of damage that was on my car that the towing company had filled out before and after the tow. They took no responsibility, and even if they had said something along the lines of "well you drove it off the lot, too late" it would have been better than the complete denial. Not only that but they gave me my car back filthy. When I picked it up they said that they were short handed and didn't have a chance to detail it, but that didn't really bother me. But then when I fully walked around it, it looks like someone took a big gulp of soda and threw the cup and splattered it all over the back of my car. So not only did I get my car back damaged, it was disgustingly dirty. Don't take it here. The worst repair shop experience I've ever had. If I could give zero stars I would.
