IThis place is amongst the worst I've tried for pedicures (and I've tried many). Firstly, they scrubbed my almost-dry foot with a harsh metal file (most places now realize that acerbates the problem of hard dry skin, and have stopped doing it). As a result, I came back with my foot feeling rough and the skin torn. I should have been more vigilant and stopped them. Then, they pur oil and cream on my leg, run their hands from knee too toe ONCE, and stop! That was the massage. They wipe most of the cream and oil away with a towel. The only saving grace, and the reason for 2 stars is that they have a massage chair for the pedicure.
Next time I'll just go to a nicer spa that has the sense to really understand skin and health and not hurt you in the bargain. I also like La Jolie Femme (5 mins walk from this place), which at least is up to date with what's good for your skin (and cheaper if you're doing both mani pedi). This place is also cramped and not well maintained. Your money is better spent elsewhere. Take that from someone who gets a pedicure every month!
