  • Horrible experience. I called my leasing company they send out someone from sears and the man left 10mins into the job because he didn't think he was going to be paid.... he was incredibly rude, now I'm left with a still broken washer and a headache full of trying to resolve this issue calling the leasing company then calling sears back N fourth. Long story short never use sears unless you enjoy incompetent, rude foreigners leaving midway through a job. He wouldn't even give me his name... how unbelievably unprofessional.
