  • Today is August 10, 2017. I called today's market this morning around 10:15 AM to ask about a product. The woman that I spoke to should not be answering phones. This woman was the most abrupt rude person I've spoken to in a long time. I get it that everybody has a bad day But this is inexcusable. I am medical director of the hospital and I know the customer service is very important especially since the phone is a very important tool. I simply wanted to know if they carried a certain brand of Almond milk and what brand did they carry. I recently found out that most almond milk types which are commercial brands have very little on the content. I was in search of three trees brand. I have several family members and we have all been loyal customers for the past five years. I will no longer be a patron at this establishment. I would seriously either give this person a class in customer etiquette or at leaste keep her away from the telephone and away from customers. I will now travel out to whole Foods as I do not ever want to come in contact with this person again
