So, we had a reservation for 11 people including 2 high chairs at 6pm, which was made at 10 am. When we got here, 2 other parties were seated before us and were given high chairs. When we asked about the high chairs, they stated they had no more and did not try to accommodate us with anything. So, instead of sitting a mixed race family of 11, you want to seat 2 Chinese family parties? Then force us to get whatever was left and have to deal with it? No apology. No trying to work it out. So bye Felicia. And the FACE of the hostess...was obviously annoyed with us, but that's not even mediocre customer service.
