  • Okay, update--the post-surgery followup was over-the-top amazing. They called the next day to check how the incision was healing and when I mentioned the cat hadn't been eating, they booked me in for a complimentary visit the next night so they could check on her, in addition to the regularly scheduled followup appointment a week later. They really care about the animals they see.
