  • Last week John serviced my a/c as it was taking a long time to cool down and wasn't getting as cold as it should. Both are now corrected, for a fair price and not a lot of time out of my day. This morning my engine light went on, so I drove straight over to John Jay, who promptly did a diagnostic and informed me the problem can wait. I love his honesty and willingness to work with my budget, he's always friendly and best of all I trust him. Thank you John!!
