Went in for a quick touch up, turned full haircut. Got my haircut by Bird last week. Told her over the phone when I called I just wanted a quick touch up, NOT a full haircut. Told her same thing again when I had arrived. She did good work the previous week when she cut my hair, but I just had two minor things I wanted her to fix (also, it's not that big of a deal to me, but she made obvious mistake on one of my sideburns the first time she cut it). When I got there she asked if I wanted a fade and I got one last week so I figured she would touch it up real quick and was being nice. Last time I was down to a 1. This time she goes down to 1/2 without asking. Not that big of a deal to me. I have a part without the line as my work doesn't like it and I asked her to tighten it up a bit because my hair is thin and it could have been cut near the part a little tighter. Well she gave a hard part this time without asking me. What I'm most upset about though, is that she ended up charging me for a full cut at the end.
Imagine, if I was a mechanic and made a mistake when I fixed your car. You come back to have that error fixed. Am I gonna charge you full price? Yes, if I'm trying to rip you off and think you're stupid.
Overall though, I'll give Bird credit in that she does cut hair good. The first time I was happy, this time not much at all
