  • Cancelled appointments, no notice, no communication. The worst part is that they have multiple offices and send you around Las Vegas like a headless chicken juggling between them all. DO NOT bother if you don't have a car and/or have a job. There is not enough time nor gas in the world Lastly, you may have an appointment at 1pm, but expect to wait in the waiting room until 2:30pm, and leave by 3:30pm. Not sure which high school drop out is running this operation but it's REALLY REALLY BADDDDD!!
