  • Things have been better. I just can't stop shopping here because of one or two people. As long as things stay on policy everything runs smoothly. Had to jump through hoops over Christmas for a refund because of their out of stock but things worked out. Yesterday I went in to use a warranty on Xbox headset that stopped working and it was easy peasy. So yes I still recommend Best Buy!
