Everything was top notch here except for the seating experience. Arrived 10 min early for our OpenTable.com reservation and was told there would be a 10-15 min wait. I noticed within view that there was a table right in front of the door avail. I figured that someone would be sitting there within the next couple of minutes and brushed it off. 20 min later (after waiting outside) I peeked in the door just to wonder if that table was occupied and it wasn't. Being Valentine's Day I didn't want to cause a scene and just noted it for this review. When we finally got called 10 min later (and 15 late for our reservation and after waiting outside by ourselves) we were cheerfully called in. On our way to our booth we noticed another unoccupied table. Now I genuinely appreciate the booth but having not been given the option of sitting at one of the tables (she could've asked us if we'd rather wait for a booth) we were left to wait outside. Food and service was excellent. Wouldn't trade it for anything. Since it's a pretty high end restaurant, I figured they (and you) should know this attention to detail (the seating) was not handled satisfactorily.
