  • I was having issues with formatting a project for printing and was treated in rude and condescending manner by Brian Kroeker. He offered no solutions except to pay a 90/hr fee for a "design expert" to fix the issue. Once I left a poor review, he changed his tune and offered to help format. He was then again dismissive and rude in person. No thanks, man.
