Husband tried to rent a car from this location & attendant demanded a secondary phone number "just in case car isn't returned". We rent cars for work CONSTANTLY all over the country and this is the first time this has been requeated. Tried to discuss this with attendent and it became a HUGE DEAL. Dont know why we were treated differently by this location but WOW. We will NEVER return here and will forward this to their corp office.
Most ironic part is when the attendant calls my husband 2 hours later to ask about any customer service complaints he may have. So i guess the attendent felt the need to (a) ensure he wouldn't get in trouble or (b) felt the need to test my husband's phone number for accuracy. Or both.
