I have to say: the atmosphere and ambience of eating here on the back patio is pretty much unmatched. The inside looked beautiful as well. Coolest thing ever to do with this amazing building - firehouse turned bar and grill. Not to mention that our waitress was one of the best I've had in a while.
My true review would have to be a 3.5 though. That's because of the food. Don't get me wrong, it was good and seemed reasonably priced for what you get. It just seemed to me like there was an identity crisis happening....the ambience and service were high-end. The food was typical grill fare....burgers, wings, and sammies. I just feel like mid-range New Anerican fare (a la Graffiti or Luxe) would make so much more sense. Once you've had a burger, id imagine you've had a burger, when I feel like this place has the potential and possibility to be so much more.
