  • Staff are uninformed and give misinformation. Store itself is great for a quick buy-and-go but I've had a horrible experience recently that made me change my mind. Came by last Thursday for a heater for my tank, this particular petsmart had it on sale for $10.87. Was out of stock and told to come by again Wednesday because it would "definitely be in stock as that's when our shipment comes in during the morning, we'll have it, guaranteed". Called again today to confirm the heater was going to be in stock as its a Wednesday afternoon. Spoke to a Tina who didn't seem to know what to look for. Had to explain to her the watts, brand, and the price her own petsmart store put the item for before she told me "sorry we don't carry topfin brand anymore so we will never have it in stock." Really? Despite the various topfin filters, gravel, aquarium etc that's always stocked on your shelves you suddenly cleared all of it in one week and now there's no topfin brand? How tragic. Ps: they have a cat adoption area from Action Volunteers for Animals, definitely check that out on your visit (you can let them know you are/aren't planning to adopt, you'll still get to pet and play with the cats)! The volunteers are AMAZING people and very knowledgeable and friendly. This and the quality of the store is the reason why i gave this review a star at all.
