  • So I've waited to go to Kindred because of mixed reviews from friends and I wanted to wait until the hype had settled. I took my daughter for lunch and we had the shrimp roll and the falafel. I'm not a falafel fan but my daughter enjoyed it and it was accompanied by a good sized salad. My shrimp roll was tasty but I must say the roll itself was better than the shrimp salad it held. The shrimp salad tasted fresh but was a little bland the roll on the other hand was delicious as were the fries. The atmosphere is very pleasant and the price was reasonable for lunch. Will probably try it for dinner and see if it becomes one of my favorites....still holding out hope.
