  • Both visits here in the past two months have been a big disappointment. The quality has taken a nose dive and the portions are incredibly small given the price. Tonight I went there with a large group. We all ordered ice cream dishes. First of all, the wait was about 30 minutes to get our food - all of us ordered one scoop of ice cream with one topping each. We weren't sure why the order could take so long when everything we ordered seemed quite simple. Once we finally got our ice cream, the size of the scoops were embarassingly small (especially for $3.99 price tag) and already quite melted. The quality of the chocolate sauce was not on par with what I had expected from Juliette et chocolat. One of the topping options listed was "strawberries" which we thought would be sliced strawberries. It is actually a sweet, overly sweet, strawberry sauce - menu quite deceptive. Overall, a very disappointing experience. We will not be back.
