I LOVE Ross and usually the store on South Rainbow is my favorite as it's close to my house. I went to Ross tonight about 9:30. When I walked in there was a woman who appeared to be in charge with a bunch of new employees standing right in front of the area I was interested in looking at. She was telling them the importance of stretching before their shifts and other customer service stuff. I continued shopping and when I was ready to leave there was one checkout with a light on. I approached that checkout and looked for someone. The same lady who was teaching the employees about stretches looked at me and said "are you ready?", "yes", I replied. She then walked in my direction and said well the line is over there and so I have to help him first. I just looked at her. There was an elderly gentleman standing there with his cart paying absolutely no attention to what was going on. She asked him three times if he was ready to check out. On the third time he asked his wife who was in another area looking if they were ready. She said yes, after looking in my direction and then walked away. Her husband just stood there....all the while the cashier (woman in charge) just stood there. I'm sure she knew I was irritated. When it was FINALLY my turn, she was short, cold and had an attitude! This has blown it for me!!! I'm looking for a NEW ROSS!
