| - Never again.
I came to this sprint location to purchase an HTC One and had one of the worst customer service experience while buying a phone to date. The salesperson who helped me (A.J., I believe) knew nothing about the product and took over an hour to transfer contacts to my phone. He somehow managed to transfer every email account I had as a phone contact, including those from my work accounts (which landed me somewhere near 1600 contacts that I did not want on my phone). When I asked him why he did this and if he could change it, he said no, and that this was just the way it was. He was very disrespectful and dismissive. In the process, he blatantly lied to my face so that I would leave, not thinking I would come back to the store 5 minutes later to have the problem solved.
So of course I came back. After an hour, another salesperson fixed the problem. This entire process somehow took around 2 hours and 45 minutes. When I tried to make a complaint, the manager told me that they did not have a process to take formal complaints. Either this is another lie, or this Sprint location just loves giving the worst Comcast-inspired customer service ever.
All in all, I would not recommend this location to anyone. I will not be going back, and I will continue to warn my friends and family to avoid it like the plague.
