Our first experience with Las Vegas' ayce sushi. I've seen some people talk about the quality of fish here, claiming that it's not fresh, or "what can you expect, it's not on the coast?" I haven't been to the coast yet,(hoping to soon) but it's really not THAT friggin' far. Any ways, I found the fish to be very fresh. The chefs used good cuts, and really seemed to know what they were doing. They had a lot of rolls that I haven't seen before, so I loved trying those out. The lasagna roll, I think it's called, was amazing. So was pretty much everything else I ordered. It definitely beats everything we had back in Atlanta. :)
