One star for the location. That's all there is. We are very disappointed and nobody here seems to care. This room was part of a package and is prepaid or we would leave now. Stuck for two more nights.
After 48 hours:
Horrible service ( no service) at happy hour on day one and when we complain we get a deaf ear
Woke up at 710 am by housekeeping the next morning
On day two we leave our room at 830, return at 130 and housekeeping never showed up. No towels, messy bed and no coffee for tomorrow
I'm confident we will not return to a Hilton; we like a nicer hotel with proper service and are happy to pay more for it. But we could get the same experience at Motel 6.
