I wanted to cry when I got back to my car and looked in my rear view mirror. My brows looked bad. And I mean bad.
Long overdue for a waxing, I decided to venture to a spot I used to frequent years ago before moving. My "regular" person from the past wasn't there so I trusted this new-to-me young lady.
First bad sign: no paper was placed where I was to lay my head. So...I grabbed paper towels and put them on top of the pillow. But I felt a little better as the lady explained what she was going to do to my brows. I thought she was about to make me look fabulous. She did her work and honestly, my quick glance in her foggy mirror upon completion looked decent, thicker than I like, but decent. Then, a closer look in the car in natural light showed one brow was markedly thicker than the other, my brows were not "smooth" and they were raggedy. I was so disappointed. I was tight on time. Otherwise I would have gone back in. But I wouldn't trust anyone in there to even touch them up.
So disappointed. Hubby is right...stick with who you know. I will not be going back to this location for services. Now is the waiting game to grow my brows a bit to have them repaired by my "regular" person. Sigh....
