Yes it is a bit pricey but I am willing to pay for quality service! I took several tops in at once and one of them came back with 3 green spots. I took it back in and was met with total accommodation from the girl working the register. 3 days later i came back to pick it up and didn't even have to show my ticket. The owner knew who I was and exactly where my top was. He was patient while i inspected the shirt and then refused payment. He was simply happy to have fixed the problem. I will definitely pay a bit more for outstanding guest service!
