Service was phenomenal as you would expect from a big name restaurant. Probably the best service I have ever experienced. It didn't seem pretentious like some other luxury restaurants.
We had the fried oysters, ribeye, beef wellington, mac and cheese, creamed spinach, and the sticky toffee pudding.
Ribeye was good. Tender, good flavor, cooked just right. If you love a fine piece of steak, you won't be disappointed.
Beef Wellington was great. The beef melts in your mouth and the puff pastry went well with it.
The sticky toffee pudding was the best dessert I've ever had. It looks simple but the texture and flavor was unbelievably amazing.
The atmosphere is not really "fine dining," it has a lively atmosphere with a lot of energy. It's a great fit for Vegas.
I can't think of anything to complain about.
