  • The windshield guy from Safelite came on the day and at the time and place scheduled. He called me ahead of time when he was about 15 minutes away. Jaimie was the tech, very professional, I asked him questions throughout the installation and he was happy to explain everything he was doing (didn't make me feel like I was annoying him). He went out of his way to explain not only what he was doing but "why" he was doing it and he explained in what way it differs from other windshield replacement companies. I would use them again.
