| - I got a Long Bob Balayage, and I really love it. It was a bit pricey, the price was just what I expected it would be, I just wished it wasn't that high. I parked along the street of the salon and at first when arriving to Dat Salon the exterior orange colour had me feeling lost, but after reading the sign I realized I was at the right place. Inside looks very sophisticated and tidy. The ambience was very quiet and empty, which came as a surprise, as the assistant said they fill up very quickly, and would say they were fully booked for the day, on the phone. I had booked my appointment a week in advance and got seated right away (11:00 am). They have a coat hanger and small locker to store belongings, as complementary. The atmosphere of the salon was very much like cold offices, if you are familiar with woman's winter, if not (https://youtu.be/d2NNm8MTboA). I unluckily arrived in a summer dress and had not eaten breakfast or lunch before arriving, so I was counting down the minutes until it was over. Nicely enough, my hair stylist Danny, did the best he could to help by turning off the AC, giving me another layer of the salon robes during the hair washing, and gave me green tea :). Danny did a great job in achieving the look that I was going for, I showed him a picture of the haircut and he followed it to a tea. At the end, he gave me nice waves and had my hair looking smooth and bouncy. The haircut made me feel pretty all day and had late lunch(2:30 pm) at a nice restaurant on the same street. Overall, I would go back again if I need another Balayage, I'll just eat and wear pants next time haha.
