  • Horrific. Ice cream is ice cream to me, anything sweet and frozen is hard to screw up. I can't even begin to express how upset we were after taking our kids out for ice cream Saturday night. The female staff member didn't even bother to acknowledge us when we walked in (which is whatever) but as we proceeded to order and try to talk to her she held up her nails and examined them the entire time my husband told her his order!!! I CANT EVEN DEAL!!! Were we on that old show "boiling points"???? Because I want my $100 for being calm and not losing it on this lady. Proceeding her manicure check (Linda - your electric blue nails, not that great) my husband asked for spoons, she sighed heavily, rolled her eyes and checked the empty container for spoons, then handed us 3. OH MY GOD!!!!! At the end of the day, I'm not a finicky person. I work in customer service and let's all be real for a moment - people are brutal. However. I don't care what kind of day you're having, you should never treat a customer like they are an inconvenience. We will never come to this location again :(
