| - Came in on Friday for my fiance's birthday. We didn't go for the 7 course meal (she thought it would be too much food). We tasted the cheeses (all pretty good), can't remember what her appetizer was, but I had the Smoked Seafood, and the Sautéed Foie Gras (both very tasty). For our entree, she had the Filet Mignon and I had the Duck Breast. Now normally, I would have opted for steak or something more 'typical', but I'm glad I didn't. I've ate duck plenty and it's usually rubbery and unflattering. This duck, hands down was one of the best meals I've had. Very flavorful, I can't say enough about it... Just go have it.
Throughout the meal we also received complimentary samples from the chief, which were all tasteful (your cucumber soup is a winner). I had a few glasses of MaCallan 18, had some cake, and enjoyed the view).
Definitely recommend, definitely would go again. (...and our waiter, top notch)
