  • Surprisingly Incredible. Looking to buy a car is definitely time consuming and painful. I admit, upon entering the dealership, I was full of skepticism and doubt, but after some time understanding the situation and what they were really trying to do, there is a whole new outlook. Not saying that all dealerships are this way, but Henderson Nissian is definitely one of those outliers. To pull the trigger on such a high value, high involvement purchase is always a hard decision, and you always wonder if you're getting an honest deal. Not saying that all the old sales tactics didn't exist within my experience, as long as the industry doesn't change, its a given that it will be there. Let's just say, in the end, just because they are considered salespeople does not mean they are not people themselves. They definitely worked their hardest to prove their intentions, surprising even the most stubborn of people like my wife and I, that is they simply want you to walk away satisfied with your purchase. I am definitely satisfied wih mines. Thank you Charles aka "Chuck" and Kevin.
