Consolidated Communications customer relations/tech support/internet service is awful. We have had them for years and years. Our internet drops intermittently for no apparent reason. Today down for 90 minutes!!! I have now called THREE times ( and gone through all their checks ~modem etc.) with NO call back. I don't know how to get them to come check it....Ridiculous to pay for fastest internet with this service. I will be switching to Google Fiber Asap and wish I'd done it a long time ago.
