  • If I could give zero stars I would. Paid $60 to play one game with my family of 6 and they couldn't keep our lane functioning. It kept saying we had reached our prepaid limit (which was one full game) in frame 6 and then again for my 3rd throw in frame 10 which would have won me the game. The pins kept getting stuck and we had to go back multiple times for the same problem before they fixed it. Had naked people on the screens for the music video and we had 3 small children. We didn't go late at night for cosmic bowling, it was 7:30! Finally complained to the manager and her response was "I'm sorry, I've only been here a week." Didn't even offer a voucher for next time. Absolutely no customer service and not family friendly and we will NEVER be back!
