  • I made the mistake of buying two 2014 Altimas from this place. Actually the first one wasn't so bad. I made a deal for 25,500 because I do not like to haggle but I did get a few thousand off what they were asking and this was a present for my wife so I wanted to get it done. A few months go by and my wife wants to give my toyota rav 4 to our daughter which means we need another car. She couldn't wait and I was out of town for a few weeks. I told her to go to Nissan and buy the same exact car that we just bought for the same price. She tries but the sales people take advantage of her and she ends up buying the same exact car for 2,200 dollars more. Not only does she get cheated on this purchase but they smooth talk her into a 2,000 dollar service plan. Ok I understand how dealerships work and it is a dirty business, which is why I usually only buy used vehicles person to person. Ofcourse my wife doesn't feel comfortable with used cars so to make my home life a happy one I submit to her wishes and buy these two cars. I was willing to live with these mistakes. It is life after all and we humans make alot of them. However, I go into the service department for another oil change (I've had 3 so far and I was bringing my Toyota as well). They tell me that I will have to pay for this oil change since our 3 free changes have been used. I ask them to look up our other vehicle since we have a 2,000 dollar service plan and use an oil change off of that. The rep says he can't do that and now we get the manager. He says that can't be done because Nissan Corp. rules only allows 1 car per service plan. So we give this company 2,000 dollars and we can't spend it the way we want. Would it have been so hard to take an oil change off of our acct for the 1 car and apply it to the other. If I was doing it I would of just changed the oil in the 2nd car and took it off of the 1st car acct and nobody would be the wiser. Long story short we get into a bit of a pissing match and I head off to finnance to get my service plan refunded. As I was walking away the manager calls me a F***ing idiot and I yell back the same and he says he went to college lol. I find it funny that a college grad is working as a manager in a service department for Nissan. I did not go to college but I can figure out how to resolve this issue so that my company does not lose a paying customer. I will never buy anything or go back to this place again. I find it funny that this college grad risked my loyalty for 20 dollars. Ofcourse in the big picture this will not slow down the evil corporate empire but maybe this review can help others to buy anything but Nissan.
